If you no longer want a Rising Seer account, you can permanently delete it along with the account-linked personal data associated with it. You do not need to open the app or be signed in to make this request.

How to delete your account

Use either method below:

• In the app: go to Settings → Delete Account and follow the prompts.
• By email: email admin@risingseer.com from the email address associated with your account, using the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”

We ask you to send the request from your account’s own email address so we can confirm it is really you before anything is deleted.

What we delete

When we process your request, we permanently delete your Rising Seer account and the account-linked personal data we control, including your profile, birth-chart data, chat history, journal entries, personalization and memory data, generated chart files, and associated analytics person profile.

Limited product-usage events may remain after we delete the analytics person profile and account-linked properties, including the email address. We use retained events only for aggregate product reporting and product improvement, not to identify or contact you.

We may retain limited purchase, transaction, tax, accounting, legal-compliance, or fraud-prevention records where required. Any retained records are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How long it takes

We complete account-deletion requests within 30 days. Account-linked personal data is deleted when the request is completed. Any limited records or product-usage events retained as described above are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
